The Sensei REVO 35-tooth thinner is a new swivel thinner made of the highest grade cobalt Hitachi G-10, one of Hitachi's premier steels. It has a ball bearing pivot thumb for smooth control. The step down free release teeth create more space between the teeth for slide cutting in thicker sections.
