The Orion 1500 swivel texturizer combines high quality Hitachi Cobalt stainless steel from Japan, offset handle and convex edge blade for a smooth cut. Click tension control system with a plate washer for better balance. Features include an arched additional thumb handle that allows one to cut with out using the swivel ring. The teeth are designed with a curve; this allows the shear to release from the hair while adding texture to their designs.
