Shipping Policy: We strive to ship all orders within 7-10 working days. Special orders and shears that are not in stock sometimes may take longer. In the event that this happens we will notify you by e-mail with an estimated shipping date. Most orders are shipped Priority Mail.

Returns or Exchanges: Items returned items for money back will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Items may be exchanged for a different shear within 10 days of receiving the product. Returned items and exchanged goods must not be damaged in any way. All return or exchanges must have all associated paperwork, tags, and cases included. Products that are returned damaged or abused in any way, will be refused for refund or exchange and returned to the customer.
